Were, Are & Going to Be

You are a big person and you’re reading this because you have a dedicated curiosity to an enjoyable, expansive life.

Think of how many ‘things’ you attend to: your health, family, friends, recreation, work, finances, spirituality, home maintenance, and hobbies and interests. So many things to think about.

Expanding on last months’ post about Tolerations, I am offering you a way to observe and capture where you are now, where you want to be, and guide yourself though the journey of the middle. (I know you were probably too busy read Tolerations so here’s another chance.)

It usually takes no more than 10 minutes to print and complete the pages.

Share this guide as a conversational topic with your friends and family. They want you to be the best you can be—help them create their best life by showing them this self-assessment chart.

Revisit the pages a few times during the next months or next year. Your circles should be moving from the red to the green columns.

Gentle coaching helps you along your way.

“You’re an easy person to talk to. I know what I should do next. Thanks for the guidance.” – C.B.
